Last November Nick Schonberger of Selectism tapped me for a new project. It was originally conceived to coincide with the premiere of "Made In New York," but I have trouble staying on deadline, so now it stands on its own.

Anyway! I had the good fortune of interviewing five designers who work and manufacture their goods right here in the five boroughs. The masterminds behind Mister Mort, Epaulet, Unis, and the Wurst Editions all gave me their time, wit, wisdom, and sneak peeks into spring collections. And most importantly they shared their experiences navigating - and reviving - one of our city's oldest industries.
